Because document translation is a specialized, labor-intensive digital service, our refund policy is strictly defined below:

1. Cancellation Before Translation Starts

If you request a cancellation before our experts have begun working on your document, you are eligible for a 100% full refund.

2. No Refund After Work Commences

Once the translation process has started, or the final translated digital PDF has been delivered to you, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This is due to the manual labor and time already invested by our translators.

3. Rejection of Illegible Documents

If you upload a document that our team determines is completely illegible and impossible to translate, we will cancel the order from our end and initiate a 100% full refund to your original payment method.

4. Refund Processing Time

All approved refunds are processed immediately from our system. However, it may take 5 to 7 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank account or credit card statement, depending on your bank and Razorpay processing times.
